About FullGo
What is FullGo?
FullGo is a guide for families navigating youth sports. It gives parents and young athletes a short daily reflection, a record of the journey, and thoughtful observations that help a family notice what is happening and decide together what comes next.
How does the Compass Check work?
The Compass Check is a one-minute daily reflection you do together. Your athlete answers a few questions in their own words — about what went well, how their body feels, how they are feeling inside, and how things feel at home. Answers are taps, not typing, and there are no numbers or scores anywhere in it.
What is The Guide?
The Guide is the quiet voice inside FullGo. It notices patterns across many Compass Checks and offers perspective in plain language — "I noticed…", "It seems…", "I wonder…". It never diagnoses, predicts, or tells a family what to do, and it stays silent when a single response simply reflects a normal week.
Who is FullGo designed for?
FullGo is built for parents of young athletes. Coaches, clubs, athletic directors, and sports performance professionals are welcome to follow along, but the family is who FullGo answers to. The parent owns the account and the child's information.
What ages is FullGo appropriate for?
FullGo works for athletes roughly ages 5 through 18. Question wording adapts across three modes: Together for younger children, Shared for the middle years, and Athlete-Led for older teens who prefer to reflect on their own.
Is FullGo for coaches or parents?
Parents. A coach may find the ideas useful, but FullGo is not a team management tool and coaches do not receive a family's reflections. What your child says stays inside your family.
Can families with multiple athletes use FullGo?
Yes. A family workspace can hold several children, each with their own journey, their own north statement, and their own Compass Check history. A second parent or guardian can be invited to the same workspace.
How long does a Compass Check take?
Between 45 and 75 seconds. It is meant to be one minute together, not a survey. If a night gets away from you, nothing is lost — FullGo never counts streaks and never treats an absence as a failure.
Does FullGo score or rank my child?
No. There is no single score, no ranking, and no comparison with other children. FullGo describes where a family sits in plain words — on course, a slight drift, or something worth attention — and the family decides what it means.
Who can see our family's information?
Only the parents and guardians in your family workspace. Reflections and photos are private to your family, you can export everything at any time, and you can permanently erase your family's journey whenever you choose.
